Agreement and scope

By using this website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

These terms cover the public website, articles, examples, forms and downloadable general information. A proposal, statement of work, order confirmation or the Review Service Terms may add service-specific conditions. If documents conflict, the more specific agreed service document applies to that engagement.

02

General information, not a promised outcome

Website content is general information about digital experience, UX, UI, strategy, reviews and related services. It is not legal, financial, accounting, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice.

We work to keep information useful and accurate, but digital platforms, technology and business conditions change. We do not promise that every page is complete, current or suitable for your particular circumstances. Contact us for advice based on your actual context.

03

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, overwhelm forms or infrastructure, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or use the site to infringe another party’s rights.

When submitting information, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it and that it is reasonably accurate. Do not send passwords, confidential credentials or sensitive information through public forms.

04

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s copy, visual system, scoring presentation, graphics, reports, templates, methods, brand assets and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Less Friction Digital.

You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own internal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, publish, resell, scrape, train a commercial system on, remove attribution from or create a competing product from our material without written permission. Client rights in commissioned deliverables are governed by the applicable proposal or service terms.

06

Availability, liability and Australian law

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the website. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, temporary unavailability, third-party services or use of the site contrary to these terms.

Your legal rights remain

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the courts with jurisdiction in Queensland, subject to any rights that applicable law gives you elsewhere.

07

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. Your continued use after an update means the revised website terms apply from that point.
